The bonus will be paid after the public notice. The organizing committee has all the right to interpret the bonus matters.<\/p>\n<p>*Prizes subject to change each year.<\/p>\n\t\t<h4>\t\n\tGEAR CHECK<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>The race will provide the option for gear check storage services for all participants. Those who need this will be required to place a number sticker on the bag for identification and hand over the bag at the starting point before the race begins.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the extremely limited space in the storage area, only small bags will be accepted, no large items such as suitcases. It is recommended to leave large suitcases at the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>For security purposes, bags will be placed in locker bags. The organizing committee is not responsible or liable for any missing items or damages. It is not recommended to store valuables such as mobile phones, cameras, important documents, or cash in the locker bags.<\/p>\n<h5> 100K GEAR CHECK<\/h5>\n<p>Participants in the 100K race will have their bags brought to CP5 where they can access the bag during the race to change any clothes or items. Items must be placed in the locker bag and be re-registered. Otherwise, items will be discarded and the organizing committee will not be responsible for any lost items.<\/p>\n<p>All participants can retrieve their own bag after the race. Service for collecting 100K bags from CP5 will end on 13:30 on October 27.<\/p>\n<p>Any unclaimed bags can be retrieved within 1-week after the race. Contact the race organizer to mail bags, participants will be responsible for postage.\u00a0 After the 1-week deadline, all bag will be unclaimed and discarded.<\/p>\n\t\t<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/taipinglake100.com\/regulations\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">\t\n\tRULES &#038; REGULATIONS<\/a><\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>It is important that all Taiping Lake 100 participants follow the race rules and <a href=\"https:\/\/taipinglake100.com\/regulations\/\">regulations<\/a>, please review for details.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/taipinglake100.com\/regulations\/\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tVIEW REGULATIONS\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<h4>\t\n\tRACE LOCATION?<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>The Taiping Lake 100 is located in <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/YLZGX8KVuvK9m3C67\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Taipinghuzhen<\/strong><\/a> in the Anhui province of eastern China. The race check-in, starting point, and finish are located at the <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/eTx3qckJaDsmR7456\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Taiping Lake Scenic Area<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t<h4>\t\n\tTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<p>Currently, China requires proof of dual negative COVID-19 test results for a Health Declaration Certificate (HDC) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.china-embassy.org\/eng\/visas\/zyxx\/t1834822.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">QR code<\/a>\u00a0before boarding any plane to China. The tests must be completed no more than 48-hours prior to departure and submitted to the local Chinese embassy or consulate.<\/p>\n\n<p>As you prepare for your trip to China, it is very important to consult your doctor regarding your general health to participate in endurance activities and any vaccinations you may need.<\/p>\n<p>It is also important to check with the China embassy and your local travel requirements to verify if vaccination and certified test results are required for travel.<\/p>\n<p>Vaccinations should be obtained from your own physician. If Taiping Lake 100 gives information about vaccination measures or other medical information, this should be considered as a service that is under no medical liability.<\/p>\n<p>Participants must be able to document the fulfillment of vaccination requirements by presenting the International Certificate of Vaccination.<\/p>\n<p>Please be advised that vaccination and testing requirements are the customer&#8217;s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n<p>Additionally, there may be quarantine requirements upon arriving in China. Requirements are being updated regularly as we progress through the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n<p>Please check your local Chiese Embassy <a href=\"http:\/\/www.china-embassy.org\/eng\/visas\/zyxx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website<\/a> for up-to-date requirements.<\/p>\n\t\t<h4>\t\n\tCHINA VISA<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>A China travel visa is required for foreigners to enter the country. We recommend you apply for a visa as soon as you have your flight itinerary. It is best to apply early rather than risk missing out. When applying to be sure to\u00a0provide in advance your flight itinerary.<\/p>\n<p>Almost all non-Chinese nationals will need a visa to enter China. There are different visa categories and you will most likely need a tourist visa (L). Please contact your local\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.china-embassy.org\/eng\/visas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chinese embassy<\/a>\u00a0or consulate for more information. The procedure normally requires submitting a visa application form, paying a fee and providing the Chinese authorities with an authorized flight itinerary from your travel agent. This process takes about one to two weeks. Note that your passport must be valid for at least six months after entry. For more information please visit the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.china-embassy.org\/eng\/visas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chinese Embassy<\/a>\u00a0website.<\/p>\n\t\t<h4>\t\n\tHOW TO GET THERE?<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>Participants will need to arrive at the town of Taipinghuzhen. However, there is no major airport or train station in town, all participants will need to arrive in Tunxi via airplane or high-speed train travel. Once in Tunxi you can take the shuttle bus to Taipinghuzhen, which is approximately 100km away.<\/p>\n<h5> BY PLANE<\/h5>\n<p>Participants flying in will need to arrive at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/zDaENRbpHWtuDWXN9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Huangshan Tunxi International Airport (TXN)<\/a>. <\/strong>It takes approximatly 1-hour flying from Shanghai to Tunxi.<\/p>\n<h5> BY TRAIN<\/h5>\n<p>Participants traveling by high-speed train will need to arrive at <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/5yuNEaLwxSX54Mr46\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Huangshan North Station<\/strong><\/a>. It takes approximately four and a half hours from Shanghai. Note there are 2 stations in Huangshan, you want to arrive a the North station.<\/p>\n<h5> BY BUS<\/h5>\n<p>Once at the Tunxi International Airport or Huangshan North Station you can catch the shuttle bus to Tapinghuzen. Buses will go every 2-hours from 10:00-22:00 on October 25 to Crowne Plaza Huangshan Taiping Lake Greenland. Or you can arrange local transportation on your own. Use G3 Jingtai Expressway from Tunxi to Taipinghuzhen.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/taipinglake100.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/05\/china-map-taipinglake-1024x860.png\" alt=\"China Map\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"860\" width=\"1024\" title=\"China Map\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t\t<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/taipinglake100.com\/packages\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">\t\n\tWHERE TO STAY?<\/a><\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>Race entry includes 2-nights hotel package at a 5-star hotel on Taiping Lake, plus round trip shuttle transportation from the airport or train station to your hotel.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/taipinglake100.com\/packages\/\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tVIEW RACE LODGING\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<h4>\t\n\tHOWS THE WEATHER?<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>Average weather in Huangshan in mid to late October is 22\u00b0\/12\u00b0 C or 71\u00b0\/53\u00b0 F, with about 18% chance of precipitation. Temperatures will drop as elevation increases into the Yellow Mountain, prepare for a 5-15\u00b0 variance. We recommend checking local <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accuweather.com\/en\/cn\/huangshan-district\/2332458\/daily-weather-forecast\/2332458\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">weather forecasts<\/a>\u00a0as race day approaches and planning accordingly.<\/p>\n\t\t<h4>\t\n\tENTRY TRANSFERS<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>Entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Due to the insurance requirements\u00a0for each individual, no transfers are allowed for this event.\u00a0 If it is discovered that your entry has been transferred, the qualification of both the transferor and transferee will be canceled.<\/p>\n\t\t<h4>\t\n\tCANCELLATIONS<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>The deadline to cancel an entry is August 31, 50% of fees will be refunded to anyone that submits a cancellation request before this deadline. After September 1, no refunds are available. Sorry, no exceptions. Due to race logistics and planning, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. Please submit a cancellation request from the <a href=\"https:\/\/taipinglake100.com\/contact\/\">contact<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\t\t<h4>\t\n\tWHAT IS A VIRTUAL ENTRY?<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>The virtual runner registration option is a service for runners who are physically unable to make it to a race but still wish to train for and achieve a running goal as part of the race. This includes persons who live far from urban areas with races and those with schedules that simply will not allow them to be present. Runners receive race materials via mail and then can report back on their run and share their accomplishment with other runners in the community.
